Automatic Charger AL800 – Safe Charging for 6 V / 12 V Lead-Acid Batteries

The AL800 charger is an automatic trickle charger featuring modern switched-mode power supply technology and is suitable for 6 V and 12 V lead-acid batteries such as lead-gel, lead-fleece (AGM) and lead-acid. Ideal for evaluation units such as the EAG 80 as well as many others.

Thanks to the intelligent I/U charging characteristic, the charging current adapts automatically. As soon as the final charging voltage is reached, the current is reduced – the battery is optimally charged and overcharging or gassing are reliably prevented. An electronic protection circuit makes the device reverse polarity and short-circuit protected; the charging process only starts if the battery is connected correctly.

Three LED indicators provide information on mains, charging and reverse polarity.
