Our silo scales and weighing systems enable precise weight recording for silos, tanks, containers, and solids feeders. By weighing the entire container or individual components, fill levels, inventory, and material consumption can be reliably recorded and monitored.

We offer both complete silo weighing systems with load cells, load introduction modules and evaluation units as well as solutions for retrofitting existing plants. Depending on the application, multiple load cells can be used under a silo or tank and connected to a suitable weighing indicator or evaluation unit. This allows for individual weighing systems to be created for various container sizes, loads, and installation situations.

Our weighing systems for silos and tanks are suitable for, among other things, inventory control, consumption tracking, dosing, and filling. Depending on the configuration, interfaces such as RS485, Modbus RTU, CAN-Bus or Ethernet are available. This allows the weighing systems to be integrated into existing controllers, process control systems, and automation solutions. For example, with our WWS-Log software, you always have an overview of the fill levels of your containers. Solutions for remote monitoring and online monitoring are also possible.

Another focus is weighing systems for solids feeders. Through continuous weight recording, materials such as animal feed, grain, granules, pellets, or other bulk goods can be precisely dosed and material consumption controlled. This makes the systems suitable for agriculture, feed technology, biogas plants, industry, and production.
