ALW-1
Our one-piece axle load scale ALW-1 is designed for underfloor installation. With a weighing surface of 3500 x 800 (width x length) and a maximum load capacity of 20,000 kg, even large vehicles can be weighed. Suitable for static and dynamic weighing, so that you can drive slowly over the weighbridge without stopping.
The scale is delivered including a protective border, which also serves as a pit frame (lost formwork) and is immediately ready for use.

ALW-2
For mobile and stationary applications, we recommend our two-part axle load scale ALW-2. It is available in two sizes: either with a weighing surface of 800 x 800 mm or, for vehicles with large tires, in 1200 x 800 mm. Both versions have a load capacity of up to 15,000 kg per axle. Suitable ramps and compensation elements are available as an option.

Our ALW-1 and ALW-2 are manufactured in Vreden and delivered with our WWA-1 evaluation device. The special ALW program automatically adds the axle weights and calculates the total weight. All load cells and connection boxes installed in the steel, galvanized platforms have protection class IP67 so that no moisture can penetrate.
A range of optional accessories makes the axle load scale even more convenient:
