Our state-of-the-art BCD-MW counting scale system is the perfect solution for fast and precise quantity determination in industry, logistics, retail, and production. The counting system combines the BCD reference scale with the MTX floor scale to accurately record both small and large quantities/parts. While the BCD reference scale determines the individual weight of an item, the MTX floor scale can , for example, weigh an entire pallet cage containing the item and calculate the piece count. This significantly increases counting accuracy and minimizes sources of error. Of course, smaller parts can still be counted directly on the BCD counting scale .
