The counting system combines the reference scale BCD with the floor scale MTX to accurately record both small and large quantities/parts. While the reference scale BCD determines the individual weight of an item, the floor scale MTX can, for example, weigh an entire mesh box with the item and calculate the piece count. This significantly increases counting accuracy and minimizes sources of error. Of course, smaller parts can still be counted directly on the BCD counting scale.
