AK60 stainless steel load cell – precise force sensors for demanding environments
The AK60 load cell is a high-precision force measuring unit made of robust stainless steel , ideal for use in humid and industrial environments . Thanks to its IP68- rated hermetic welding, it is completely protected against water and dust ingress, making it ideal for outdoor use and applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries .
The AK60 is certified according to OIML R60 (C3, 3000d) and NTEP (5000d) and meets the highest requirements for measurement accuracy and long-term stability. With a rated load range (Emax) of 6 kg, 12 kg, 30 kg, or 60 kg, it offers flexible application possibilities, e.g., in platform scales , packaging machines , or automated weighing systems .
The load cell has been specially optimized for dynamic weighing processes – with minimal deflection (< 0.25 mm) – and thus guarantees fast and reliable measurement results even at high clock frequencies.
