The ALCJB junction box, also known as a terminal box, connection box, junction box, or sensor distribution box, is a reliable solution for professional sensor wiring and signal distribution in industrial and weighing technology. It has been specially developed for the secure connection of analog load cells, load sensors, and 4-/6-wire analog sensors.

Thanks to its high IP65 protection class, robust materials, and flexible variants, the ALCJB junction box is ideally suited for harsh industrial environments, automation systems, and precise weighing solutions.

ALCJB 1 – Compact junction box for 1 analog sensor

The ALCJB 1 junction box is ideal for applications with a single load cell or an analog sensor.

The ALCJB A4, ALCJB A6, and ALCJB A8 models are high-performance connection boxes for multi-channel weighing systems.

• Connection box for 4, 6 or 8 load cells / analog sensors

• Robust aluminum housing with IP65 protection

• Corner adjustment via potentiometers (10 Ω or resistors)

• Spring-type terminals for fast, secure connection

• Optional surge protection

• Operating temperature: -40 to +60 °C

• Cable glands:

  • Input: Ø 4–8 mm

  • Output: Ø 5–10 mm (ATEX up to Ø 10 mm)
