The load receptor is made of powder-coated steel and is equipped with four silicone-coated alloy steel load cells. Thanks to its IP67 dust and splash protection, the scale can be used reliably even in demanding industrial environments. The display device features IP65 protection, which guarantees safe operation even in the presence of moisture or dust.

The pallet scale is easy to transport and store in a space-saving manner thanks to integrated rollers and a handle. Optional battery operation ensures it remains flexible in use – ideal for mobile applications in production, logistics, or shipping departments.

Versatile data interfaces (optional) and easy integration

The UID Pallet Scale offers numerous data interfaces such as RS-232, USB, Bluetooth, WLAN, or Ethernet. This allows it to be integrated effortlessly into existing networks, computer systems, and industrial plants. Data exchange between the scale, PC, printer, or control device is therefore particularly simple and efficient.

Via the KERN Communication Protocol (KCP), the scale can be conveniently controlled or queried externally. This standardized protocol enables connection to computers, industrial controllers, and digital systems. It is largely compatible with the MT-SICS protocol and ensures seamless integration into existing weighing processes.
