The pallet scale UFN is the ideal solution for precise weighing of pallets and heavy goods in production, warehouse, shipping, and retail. Thanks to battery operation, the scale can be used flexibly at various locations. Optionally, the pallet scale is also available verified and meets the highest requirements for accuracy and quality assurance.

Robust stainless steel weighing platform for the highest hygiene standards
The stainless steel weighing platform is extremely rigid and durable. Equipped with four silicone-coated stainless steel load cells, it offers reliable dust and splash water protection according to IP67. Ideal for HACCP-compliant food production and other areas with increased hygienic requirements. The weighing platform is also available separately as a component without an evaluation unit.

Innovative stainless steel evaluation unit (IP65) for precise weighing
The stainless steel evaluation unit impresses with a large display, intuitive handling, and optional interfaces for plant control (PLC). With functions such as adjustment program (CAL), piece counting, summing function, and checkweighing with tolerance range, it supports efficient work in the warehouse or in production. The hold function ensures stable readings even under unstable weighing conditions.

Optimal integration into merchandise management and ERP systems
Thanks to the integrated KERN Communication Protocol (KCP), the pallet scale can be easily integrated into existing ERP or merchandise management systems. An EU type approval ensures compliance with all legal requirements.

Practical, mobile and space-saving
The scale is equipped with wheels and a handle and can be easily transported. The stainless steel evaluation unit can be mounted thanks to the standard wall bracket or positioned on the table stand. Robustly packed in a protective wooden box, the scale is safely protected from transport stress.
