The WiPro SL heavy-duty weighing beams are specially designed to meet the highest demands for load capacity, precision and flexibility. They are ideal for weighing sea containers in accordance with SOLAS regulations and other heavy-duty applications. With a load capacity of up to 30,000 kg total load (15,000 kg per beam) and a length of 2650mm (2650x205x305-315mm LxWxH), they offer reliable performance and versatile application options. Other lengths and maximum weights are also possible on customer request.

  • High load capacity: Maximum load capacity of 30,000 kg in 5 kg increments. With integrated overload protection.
  • Robust design: Powder-coated steel profiles (color upon customer request), optionally hot-dip galvanized, for excellent corrosion protection.
  • Precise measuring technology: 4 stainless steel load cells per beam (type SK30X, protection class IP68/IP69K) ensure maximum accuracy and reliability under extreme conditions.
  • Easy mobility: Forklift pockets allow for convenient movement with a forklift.
  • Flexible height adjustment: Stainless steel load feet with rubber coating compensate for lateral forces and shocks, even on uneven surfaces.

Four versions for maximum flexibility

  1. Version 1 – Mains-powered solution:
    Each weighing beam is directly connected to a WWA-1 evaluation device (230V AC). Robust cable, 15 meters per beam with bayonet connector.
  2. Version 2 – Battery-powered solution:
    Each weighing beam is directly connected to a WWA-1 evaluation device with internal battery (LiFePo4). Robust cable, 15 meters per beam with bayonet connector.
  3. Version 3 – Wireless, integrated solution:
    In this version, a WWA-1 evaluation device with battery (LiFePo4) is installed in each bar. The weight values ​​must be added manually for each bar.
  4. Version 4 – Wireless radio solution:
    Each weighing beam has an evaluation device with battery (LiFePo4) and radio system built into the beam. In addition, a third radio evaluation device WWA-1 is provided to conveniently read the total weight wirelessly.

Optional accessories

  • Plastic support plates (PE HD): dimensions 350 x 350 x 30 mm for maximum stability on soft or uneven floors.
  • remote display , printer or PC software (depending on version)
