Pipeline scale 7622 – Fully electronic overhead track scale

The 7622 pipe track scale is a high-precision, fully electronic overhead track scale specifically designed for use in pipe track systems . It is suitable for pipes with a diameter of 60 mm, although other rail shapes are also available upon request. Thanks to its compact and space-saving design, the scale can be easily installed even in tight production areas or storage spaces.

The scale is Class III calibratable and can be delivered factory calibrated upon request – ask us for customized solutions. Furthermore, the scale can be combined with various evaluation devices , allowing you to optimally adapt the control and display to your production processes.

The robust support material is hot-dip galvanized , ensuring reliable corrosion protection . The load cells are available in either aluminum (IP 65) or stainless steel (IP 68/69K) to meet the diverse requirements of humid or hygienic environments.

Terminal 3025.01.001 – Intelligent operation and precise weight control
The optional 3025.01.001 terminal features a robust stainless steel housing and IP 67 protection. It features a 3.5" TFT color display (QVGA 320 x 240 pixels) with adjustable backlight and dimmable display. A traffic light control function provides a clear overview, while the large weight display (20 mm) is easily readable even from a distance.

It is conveniently operated via a membrane keypad with a 10-key alphanumeric keypad , ideal for entering tare or item numbers. The terminal also supports five user programs for a wide range of applications: weighing, taring, totaling, picking, counting, piece counting, and dynamic switching. Four ORG data memories allow you to store items, customer, or delivery note numbers, while barcode management , including filter and multi-scan functions, increases production efficiency.
