Pipeline scales type 016-c1 & 016-2-c1 – Precision weighing units for pipeline systems

Our pipe rail scales, types 016-c1 and 016-2-c1, offer simple and flexible integration into any pipe rail system with a pipe diameter of 60 mm. Thanks to their well-designed installation kit and robust , hot-dip galvanized steel construction, the scales can be reliably and durably integrated into existing systems.

The scales are available in various weighing rail lengths ; special lengths can be manufactured on request.

The 82c-1 evaluation unit has a robust, absolutely waterproof stainless steel housing IP 67 with a large, very easy-to-read LCD display and white backlight .
It can be used as a table, wall or tripod device and offers all basic functions, such as tare (also automatic), manual tare input, summing function and the possibility to connect a printer or computer .

Alternatively, we can also supply the system with other evaluation units from the 82, 83, and 84 series . (Please inquire.) For example, if the 83sigma evaluation unit is used, a floor scale or wall scale can also be connected to the same device in addition to the overhead rail scale.

The 016-2-c1 model is additionally equipped with a plastic sliding rail . This makes it even easier to slide hooks along the rail and eliminates the need for grease.
