Monorail Scales Type 016 & 016-2 – Precise Weighing Units for Monorail Systems

Our monorail scales Type 016 and 016-2 offer simple and flexible integration into any monorail system with a pipe diameter of 60 mm. Thanks to their sophisticated installation kit and robust hot-dip galvanized steel construction, the scales can be incorporated into existing systems reliably and for the long term.

The scales are available in various weighing rail lengths; special lengths can be manufactured upon request. 

This monorail scale is compatible with various evaluation units. Using the evaluation units of the Series 82, 83, and 84, a detachable plug connection can optionally be used. This allows for particularly flexible installation, even with calibrated scales.

The Type 016-2 is additionally equipped with a plastic sliding rail. This makes it even easier to push hooks along the rail and eliminates the need for grease.
