Precision scale PCB – laboratory scale for Industry 4.0 applications
The PCB precision scale , with its generous 150 x 170 mm weighing surface, sets new standards in the laboratory and educational sectors. It is the ideal standard for precise weighing, dosing, and sorting, offering versatile application possibilities for Industry 4.0 applications , laboratory tests, and school experiments.
Thanks to the KERN School Protocol, the scale is compatible with school-specific software solutions such as Vernier® or LabQuest® . The USB data interface allows easy transfer of weighing data to a PC, laptop, or tablet for analysis and visualization.
Industry 4.0 Ready: Flexible interfaces
The integrated KERN Universal Port (KUP) enables easy connection of external adapters for RS-232, USB, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or Ethernet . The plug-in system allows interfaces to be retrofitted without opening the housing. This allows weighing data to be conveniently transferred to networks, computers, smartphones, or printers .
With the KERN KUP-13 extension box, up to three KUP adapters can be operated in parallel. The KERN Communication Protocol (KCP) also allows remote control and query of the scale via external devices or computers.
