WPC weighbridge – stainless steel floor scale with lifting device and removable ramp

The WPC weighbridge is a high-quality stainless steel floor scale for precise and hygienic weighing in industrial environments. Thanks to its sophisticated design and robust materials, it is particularly suitable for use in food processing plants , pharmaceutical companies , logistics centers , and production halls .

Functional construction in three parts

1. Flat platform with load cells
   The extra-flat platform contains precision stainless steel shear beam load cells and a junction box.

2. Stable frame with gas spring system
   The frame placed on the ground allows the platform to be easily opened for thorough cleaning.

3. Removable stainless steel ramp
   The ramp, equipped with handles, can be easily removed, making cleaning and access to the platform easier.

Easy cleaning and high safety

The WPC scale is equipped with a practical lifting device that allows two people to lift the platform. This makes it easy to clean both the top and bottom of the scale.
A safety bar prevents the platform from accidentally closing. Thanks to the high IP68/IP69K protection rating, all components can be cleaned with splashing water. The scale can remain raised after cleaning to dry completely.
