WPC Weighing Bridge – Stainless steel floor scale with lifting mechanism and detachable ramp

The WPC Weighing Bridge is a high-quality stainless steel floor scale for precise and hygienic weighing in industrial environments. Thanks to its sophisticated design and robust materials, it is particularly suitable for use in food processing plants, pharmaceutical companies, logistics centers, and production halls.

Functional three-part construction

1. Flat platform with load cells
   The ultra-flat platform contains precise stainless steel shear beam load cells and a junction box.

2. Stable frame with gas spring system
   The frame, mounted on the floor, allows for easy opening of the platform to carry out thorough cleaning.

3. Detachable stainless steel ramp
   Equipped with handles, the ramp can be easily removed, facilitating both cleaning and driving onto the platform.

Easy cleaning and high safety

The WPC scale is equipped with a practical lifting mechanism that allows the platform to be raised by two people. This allows both the top and bottom of the scale to be cleaned effortlessly.
A safety bar protects against accidental closing of the platform. Thanks to the high IP68/IP69K protection rating, all components can be cleaned with water jets. The scale can remain raised after cleaning to dry completely.
