For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend using the service provided by MeinEinkauf.ch. MeinEinkauf.ch will then handle all customs formalities and delivery to your front door for a small fee. Please register with MeinEinkauf.ch before placing your order!

How it works:

1. Simply register at www.meineinkauf.ch. Here you will receive a personal firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch email address.

2. With your personal firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch email address, you can now create a customer account in our online shop.

3. Place your order in our shop using your personal
firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch email address.

4. Please use only the following as your shipping AND billing address:

In addition to the address for MeinEinkauf GmbH, please also pay attention to your payment method.

5. All order and shipping information will be automatically forwarded from your
firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch email address to your private email address. The MeinEinkauf.ch team will simultaneously be kept informed about the status of your order in order to send it to your address in Switzerland as quickly as possible.

You can then view the status of your order approximately 48 hours after receipt at
www.meineinkauf.ch under "My Orders".

6. You pay for your ordered goods directly in our shop. You will then receive a separate invoice for the MeinEinkauf.ch service fee with your goods.
