Our new WiPro SL heavy-duty load beams are the perfect solution for demanding heavy-duty applications where precision, flexibility, and robustness are paramount. With a total load capacity of up to 30,000 kg (15,000 kg per beam) and state-of-the-art measurement technology, they meet the highest requirements – ideal for weighing containers in accordance with SOLAS regulations and other heavy-duty applications.
Precise weight recording in 5 kg increments, made possible by 4 high-quality load cells (IP68/IP69K) per beam , ensures reliable results – even under extreme conditions. The powder-coated steel profile, optionally hot-dip galvanized, provides excellent corrosion protection, while stainless steel load feet with rubber coating guarantee stability even on uneven surfaces. Thanks to integrated forklift pockets, the weighing beams are easy to transport and quickly ready for use.
The WiPro SL is available in four versions to cover a wide range of application requirements:
- Version 1 – Mains-powered solution:
Each load cell is directly connected to a WWA-1 weighing indicator (230V AC). A robust 15-meter connection cable (other lengths are available) per cell is provided with a bayonet connector. - Version 2 – Battery-powered solution:
Each load beam is directly connected to a WWA-1 weighing indicator with an internal LiFePo4 battery. A robust 15-meter connection cable (other lengths are available) per beam features a bayonet connector. - Version 3 – Wireless, integrated solution:
In this version, a battery-powered evaluation unit (LiFePo4) is installed in each beam. The weight values must be added manually for each beam. - Version 4 – Wireless radio solution:
Each weighing beam is equipped with a weighing indicator with a rechargeable LiFePo4 battery and radio system, protected within the beam. A third radio weighing indicator, the WWA-1 , is also provided for convenient wireless reading of the total weight and the individual weights per beam.
Plastic support plates are available as additional accessories to ensure stability on soft or uneven surfaces.
